My family actually wanted to drive to Safra at Tanah Merah to have dinner on that day, but missed a turn and drove to this nice place which is near the seaside. We found this restaurant(open air) which sells Zi Char dishes, so we decided to have our dinner there since the price is reasonable after looking at the menu.We ordered four dishes: salted egg yolk crabs, sambal sweet potato leaves, spinach cooked in stock with three types of eggs, beef and bittergourd hor fun.The spinach came first, we all love this dish, it was so tasty that we finished this whole plate quickly before the next dish of sambal sweet potato leaves arrived to our table.The sweet potato leaves and the hor fun tasted just ok only, I have tasted very good ones, so these two dishes did not meet my expectation.The last dish came and it was the salted egg yolk crabs. I have tasted this dish from several restaurants before and I would say this is the best among them all. It was so nice that I wanted to swallow the whole shell into my stomach, it was really finger licking good!
