I was having breakfast here and saw this soya bean drink stall selling soya bean curd at only 60cts per bowl.The queue was short and manned by a female stall owner with another helper.Noticed that the syrup used was of darker colour almost like maple syrup and the stall was generous with the serving. The beancurd is smooth almost like marble and does not disintegrate that easily compared to other similar beancurd and those from Mr Bean.The texture n taste instantly rekindle memories of childhood.Amazingly, some that I bought home and forgot to put it in fridge and still stay as fresh 7 hrs later.Price is reasonable - you pay 30cts more for takeaway (90cts per takeaway) but is still cheaper than other places or commercial type that commands a lot higher prices.
