Right after lunch, i came across this dim sum stall with a catchy signboard. It stated BEST IN TOWN PAU . DIM SUM. My curiosity prompted me to check it out. I got a big meat pao for $1.30 to go. The size of the pau is smaller than most but at a cheaper price too.Their different types of pao and dim sum are supposed to be handmade right at their stall. The quality is somehow assured then. First bite of the poa was delightful. The skin was soft and fluffy. That is a good start. The filling was made up of nicely seasoned chunky pieces of meat with a slice of hard-boiled egg. The texture of the meat was just right with a slight chewiness. There was even a good amount of juice in it when i had my first bite. The pao tasted good but definitely not the best that i ever eaten.
