I finally tried Bhoomi, and it honestly felt like a warm hug in food form. The claypot butter chicken was rich, smoky, and comforting—like something made with love. Their Awadhi dum biryani was another highlight—aromatic, not too heavy, and cooked to perfection in a sealed pot. I ended the meal with their sugar-free Bengali rasmalai, which was delicate, floral, and surprisingly satisfying without being too sweet. The space has a calm, earthy vibe, and the service was gentle and attentive. It’s the kind of place where you slow down and just enjoy each bite.

I tried the Bhoomi Jamun with rabdi and rose, and it was a beautiful twist on a classic dessert—the jamuns were soft and delicate, soaking up the fragrant, creamy rabdi with just the right hint of rose. It felt indulgent but light, a perfect way to end the meal. The Khapli Atta Roti and Gluten-Free Seeded Amaranth Roti were both impressive—each had a distinct texture and subtle nutty flavor that complemented the dishes perfectly. The rotis were fresh and hearty, great for scooping up the dal and curries.Speaking of which, the Dal Dera Ismaail was rich and comforting, with slow-cooked lentils that had a deep, earthy flavor and a hint of smokiness. It was a warming dish that tied the whole meal together beautifully. Overall, these dishes showcased Bhoomi’s care for tradition with a modern, thoughtful touch.

I visited Bhoomi recently and the experience got Michelin recognition for good reason. The interiors feel earthy and elegant, with wicker baskets and wood tones creating warm, homey vibes. I started with Multani Murg Shorba—it was comforting, rich and fragrant. The Tandoori Lamb Chops were smoky and tender with a hint of cinnamon aroma. I had the Awadhi Chicken Dum Biryani next which was slow-cooked, fluffy and aromatic with perfect spice balance. Dessert was the Bhoomi Jamun . Service was attentive and knowledgeable. Dishes range around S$30–50. Worth it for fine‑dining Indian experiences.

Bhoomi by Milind Sovani offers elegant Indian cuisine with a modern touch. The Lucknawi Kakori Kebab was tender and flavorful, while the grilled tiger prawns with Goan Rechado butter were juicy and perfectly seasoned. The tandoori lamb chops were aromatic and cooked well. Service was attentive and friendly. A great spot for a special night out with quality food and warm ambiance.
