Though this food centre is one of the biggest in Singapore, locating the stall is not that difficult, just look for the longest queue and you will most likely find yourself standing in front of the stall. We often saw the snaking line and gave it a pass. Still, our glutton nature won out in the end. Never judge a book by its cover! Well, the Kway chap in the picture doesn’t look appealing. But this store sell kway chap that is AWESOME CUM DELICIOUS! Is a must try dish in old airport road! The pig skins and the organs are fresh and have no odour and I think what made Kway chap delicious is more on the kuay itself. This store offers kway that is springy, soft and soup was nice! I am not sure whether is MSG added but definitely it is something worth to try! However, it quite hard to identify

i went to old airport road for breakfast. My friend introduced me their kway chap. Their kway chap is simply delicious. in my opinion I think it is one of the nicest I have eaten. I am quit particular about my kway chap, there is only some ingredients I eat, like large pig intestine, small pig intestine, egg and tau pok. I like their pig intestine here, they cleaned it well, don’t have smelly taste.

I think the kway chap at old airport road food centre is really good. my family would normally drive there for breakfast on weekends and order their kway chap. Their kway is really smooth, if you do not place it properly on your sppon, it will simply just slide off, that is how smooth it is. The soup is really tasty, goes well with the kway. The ingrediants are really nice, tender and fresh. Their intestines do not have the smelly smell. Their chilli is sourish, really good!
