Founded in December 2014, BurgerUP is a gourmet burger chain with a fast food concept. Of particular note; BurgerUP is among the 1st in Singapore to offer quality, customisable burgers, where customers choose from a range of fresh ingredients to build their own personalised burger. The difference between BurgerUP and BurgerUP Classix is the former iss a self-service, fast-food, DIY concept; but the latter is a casual restaurant concept. Ambience at BurgerUP Classix is more comfortable and attractive, with cushioned wooden furniture spaced neatly in the warmly lit, spacious area, decorated by brick wallpaper. Service at BurgerUP Classix is tableside, though the skeleton crew here are quite stretched, the chef actually came out to take my order! Each order here is freshly prepared, which results in a short waiting time. Food at BurgerUP Classix is still focused on gourmet burgers, but while you can't customise / DIY your own burgers, there are more specilised options on the menu, made with premium ingredients not offered in the regular stores. The Grilled Salmon Burger (SGD $12.50) is served with a choice of shoestring fries or coleslaw, and features a medium-sized, tender, moist, fresh salmon fish fillet / steak. Grilled till a nice light pink colour, with a savoury smoky flavour, the salmon fish fillet / steak is sandwiched between fluffy sesame seed burger buns, with fresh crunchy rocket leaves / arugula, juicy tomato, and a sweet tangy honey mustard sauce. Light and rather healthy, I loved each bite of this!Full BurgerUP Classix review here: http://ivanteh-runningman.blogspot.sg/2016/04/burgerup-burgerup-classix.html

For more reviews, visit www.umakemehungry.comBurgerUp is the first only Premium Chain created in Singapore and it stands for Quality Up, Freedom Up and Service Up.BurgerUp is relatively new in HillV2 mall and has a comfortable dining settings with wallpaper pasted on the walls, featuring red bricks which made made the environment a little more cozy and cafe like. Furnishing was rather simple with wide walkways.Yellow melts burger was smothered with trio of cheese, nachos, parmesan and cheddar cheese, serving together with succulent Grilled beef patty, lettuce, tomatoes and onions.Looking almost similar to the former's combination. Bacon Butty consisted of grilled beef patty with Back bacon, egg, sliced cheese, lettuce tomatoes, onions laid with BBQ sauce on a 5" toasted sesame bun and served with your choice of sides like fries or coleslaw. To make a meal, just top up $3 to the burger and enjoy additional drink and soup of the day.Having tried making my own bowl of mushroom soup, I'm sure that BurgerUp's soup of the day is of quality version with bits of mushrooms giving the creamy soup an additional texture. Soup was fragrant which left us wanting for more. Having Burgers in Burger Up reminds me of Carls Junior. Portion and serving portion is rather identical but one big difference is that in terms of the beef patty, what we had in BurgerUp was better as it was moist and juicy. Utensils like plates, spoon, fork and knife used was all disposable even though they seemed to be stainless steel or ceramic. Service was friendly and polite. Besides serving burgers, they do serve fried chicken too. I have heard comments that they were better than KFC. It sounds like there will be another trip back here again.
