We went there on a Friday night and the place was rather crowded, luckily we made a booking some time ago. The staff were quite friendly and gave good service throughout the whole dining experience. I started with the seafood spread like sashimi, lobster and crabs. Felt already half full after eating the seafood but there are still many choices left. The variety of food was good and quite fresh also. Must try the dessert counter, they serve pretty good bread and butter pudding.

The menu for Carousels buffet (lunch/high-tea) looks good...so many dishes, spanning from India, Japanese, Asian, Western. Has a wide selection of food. Went to Carousel high tea on a Sat to celebrate child's birthday. It's my first visit there, had read many good reviews, so thought of trying it out.The selection of food is great! I especially like the icecrem section, cos there are so many condiments to add in for the icecream. The crispy waffle fan is best to go with icecream and is my child's favourite. The food was beyond my expectation for a buffet lunch. Paid $139 for 2 adults and 1 child on a Saturday for the weekend buffet lunch.There was a wide array of seafood and they were all very fresh. I was surprised to see that Carousel offered such reasonably priced High Tea buffet! For just $33++, you can totally savour a wide variety of food. I went to carousel on Wednesday for their high tea buffet. it was a treat from my sis and I to our mother. We tried to find a nice high tea buffet but not many hotels offer weekday high tea. we settled for carousel. The price for one person is $33++ but I paid with Citibank credit card so have 15% discount. They only have 15% discount on weekdays, on weekends, it is only 10%. Having lunch buffet with my friends at Royal Plaza. I was so tempted with all the desserts and pastries. Before stepping into Carousel, I saw many colourful macarons display at the entrance. After i went in to try on the buffet food, i noticed there are so many sauces that i seldom see at other buffet. It really have many choices of sauce to eat together with the meat. I like one of the tart which taste creamy with lychee inside the tart.

This buffet from this halal restaurant is one of our favourite choice when comes to holding a big gatherings with a groups of colleagues and ex-classmates.
