Was hungry at 11pm and so hubby drove me out for supper and at the same time meeting some of our friends for coffee at this Coffee shop at Hougang. Some of the stalls are still open at this hour and I choose to eat fried spring chicken at this hour so that we can all share it together. We are allowed to choose 2 side dishes and so we choose French fries and onion rings to share. For the price of $7, the servings here are huge and the fried chicken is well marinated and the skin is fried till crispy. Its a bit oily but I think this is what make the fried chicken even nicer. Nice.

I chanced upon this stall serving Western food that is similar to Astons and Botak Jones.Decided to try out the Cajun Chicken Burger since I had ordered the same dish at both their competitors previously. Though there was a long queue, I managed to receive my order in less than 10 minutes. The burger was just what I expected, juicy meat patty with the melted cheese sandwiched between the bread.As for the fries, there were a number of sauces one could choose and I elected for the meat sauce on this occasion. It added a unique twist to the usual fries expected of the dish.I would definitely re-visit this place for a value-for-money meal when in the area.
