Reservations is a must even though this place can hold a huge number of patrons...Food was nicely turned out but nothing really great that stood out...Portions are not big, so you should really have a starter, main and dessert, the food there are pretty affordable... Had a refreshing pineapple juice. It wasn't real fruit between, it's just pineapple syrup juice. The waiter is nice enough to tell me that. I love the crispy and fragrant garlic bread. We even had a second serving! I ordered their signature pasta for my main. It's angel hair pasta in special sauce. It is pretty unique and Singapore style! The sauce somehow tasted like a mixture of curry crab and laksa. All in all, not too bad a fine dining!

This is a fantastic place for a dinner especially with a date. The ambience is good, very well adorned and there is a band. The theme of this restaurant is fusion. The price of the food is pretty reasonable. It costs $30 nett for a set dinner with a mushroom soup, main course and a dessert.The mushroom soup is fantastic one of the best that I have tasted. I have been quite a fan of chef daniel and wanted to try this new place at the top of the Iluma. The first impression of this new place, its quite huge and cosy. Nice enviroment.Anyway, I was told by a few friends that their meal is really value for money. Really can enjoy quite good quality of food at a resonable price. It is a place i will visit again.

I missed the Prawn And Crabmeat Burger a lot and i went back to visit Chef Daniel's Kitchen again. Unfortunately, they've took down that dish from the lunch menu. How sad.
