Still not satisfied after taking two round of meal, I bought Doughnuts for supper. Very exaggerate right, don’t be surprised, I was ‘’big eater’’ especially when I was in a good mood. It was 10:30pm ++, the stall was closing down soon. Yet, there was no any extra offer or promotion. I bought two chewy buns finally, Lemon Cheese Lover ($1.90) and Chocolate Fudge ($1.50). Chewy Junior's light as air choux pastries with their rainbow toppings and luscious fillings need no introduction. Normally priced between $1.40 to $1.90 each, they go for $6.90 per half dozen towards closing time. Popular flavours such as oreo and chocolate hazelnut are usually sold out by then, but there are still 8-10 flavours to choose from. The spicy chicken floss puff was very good, better than eating bread rolls or buns topped with floss. Here you get the taste minus the carbs. The strawberry topped puff surrounded by a twirl of cream cheese was very good too - not overly rich, with the berries' antioxidants minus the sugar overload.The tangy passionfruit puree topped puff was light & refreshing - great as a light dessert after a hearty meal. My parents got a box of 6 chewy juniors in the refridgerator. However, by the time I got home, only the Blueberry cheese one was left! I'm not complaining though. The puff was crispy on the outside, and as its name suggests, it was chewy on the inside. I love the blueberry jam on the top, as its sweetness is just right. The vanilla cream cheese filling on the inside is tasty and sufficient for the size of the puff. The puff is also cheap as well, and def worth a try! …查看更多

I think chewy donut in general is quite a good snack because it'll leave you very full after eating just one piece. I had the chocolate and blueberry flavours. The flavour of the cream stuffed in the puff and chocolate and vanilla respectively. This time, the donut was a little to hard to bite. But still, I love the toppings and the cream in it! Premium Honeydew flavor - really don't taste as premium as it's priceCotton cheese - Smooth creamy cheese and thin puff pastryOverall their standard dropped over time; their puff pastry use to be thicker and that balances the filling but now the skin is thinner and the ratio is like 80% cream 20% pastry.
