There were many places selling Chicken Rice at Singapore, naturally. I enjoyed taking my meal at foodcourt, although the environment was not that comfortable as compared with high-class restaurant. Yet, well-established and efficient polite service attitude, this stall offered wide array of braised or roasted cuisine without MSG at very affordable pricing.Roasted skill was considered above average, chicken was savoury marinated and juicy tender. Rice was not greasy or too salty, portion given was filling. With great aromatic buttery flavour, grains were smoothing mushy. Diluted chilli along with minced ginger garlic sauce was served together, perfectly matched with the taste of chicken rice.
