san lao hor fun $4.50: This was quite worth it considering the stall is located in an airconditioned food court and price is comparable to zi char stall in coffeeshop (or even cheaper!). There were lots of beansprouts in it and the beansprouts had a slightly crunchy texture. The gravy was well-flavoured too and the fish slices were fresh. The gravy also enhanced the taste of the light-tasting fish. If you like fish slices hor fun, I'll recommend you to try this!

I was walking around the food court to decide on what to have. This stall caught my eye as the meals come with egg and meat which I thought was quite comprehensive. I ordered a plate of gongbao chicken rice. The rice costs $5 if I remember correctly. The egg is fried and the yolk is still slightly runny which I love because it can be used to coat on the white rice. The chicken is just so-so in my opinion and on closer look, actually there is very little chicken meat. Much of it is actually the stir fried onions so that is a bit of a disappointment. Otherwise, it is quite alright.

There was a queue when I was ordering my food from this stall. I guess it is rather popular with the customers in the food court. I ordered their gong bao chicken. It took them some time to prepare the dish for me but it turned out to be pretty good. the chicken was so tender, you barely need to chew at it. The gong bao sauce is so tasty, it went so well with the rice and they are very generous with the portion of the chicken making it so worth it, no wonder so many people queue for this stall.
