Whenever i have my weekend duties... i head on down to this place to ta pao for the day accompanied with a few bottles of unsweetened drinks from Cheers... The other times i have to resort to other stalls like the one i had on a public holiday.Anyways, this stall is not very worth it for their servings... Things are getting ridiculous... Nasi Lemak rice with 1 egg and 1 chicken sausage $2.80? Really? Wow... Though the rice is fragrant.. theres no chicken wing and nothing else that can be worth 80 cents.. Unless you are trying to say that 1 bowl of rice is $1, 1 hot dog is $1 and 1 egg is $0.80? Then wow... i better be giving out golden stuff...Im a bit disappointed sometimes but i guess for every weekend duty, this has kept me company and because of the memories... i will rate it ok...

FoodDecided to explore the open air dinning area at Jurong Point. Not much food were left and we finally make CHong Pang Nasi Lemak as our choice. The choice of coconut rice with a piece of luncheon meat, curry vegetables , hotdog and 1 chicken wings costs $4.90. This plate of Nasi Lemak pulls down the standard of Chong Pang drastically. The chicken was soggy at the exterior and is extremely oily, this is the worst chicken wing that I had ever eaten. Even the fried luncheon meat is soggy too. They are just not very fresh. The vegetables are soft but every piece is extremely big to fit into one's mouth. ServiceService are of average standard. Nothing special in spectacular.AmbienceThe place is opened air but still very hot and full of foreigners. Alot of repeated varieties of food from the food courts in Jurong Point shopping mall.PricePricing is pretty standard but the standard of food is really bad. Recommendations / TipsI will not recommend this place.

I went to jurong point for lunch. I headed to the one of many food court that jurong point has. This is the only food court which is non air conditioned. i ordered the chicken cutlet set meal from chong pang nasi lemak. The set meal was supposed to cost $2.80 which included a chicken cutlet and some vegetables. I added an otah to go with it. I was surprised to find that the otah actually cost $1.20, but it was good, and a pretty big piece. I went there pretty early so the chicken cutlet was just deep fried, very hot and crispy. it was really nice.

I ordered the nasi lemak from chong pang nasi lemak stall at jurong point. I could not decide on what dishes to order so I opted for their chicken cutlet set meal. the set meal was very reasonably price, at $2.80, you get a chicken cutlet and a vegetable dish. the chicken cutlet was a little cold and not crispy. It was pre-fried and left in the open. But the batter coating the chicken was indeed fragrant. the sambal long bean was really spicy but goes well with the rice. their sambal is great, sweetish and spicy, I ate up two large spoonful of it.

i tot it was the branch of the yishun chong pang nasi lemakYet, in spite of its popularity, the prices of its dishes are very reasonable. A plate of nasi lemak with fried egg, curry vegetables, fried ngor hiang (Hokkien meat roll) and curry potato cost only $3.20. Fragrant with the delightful essence of coconut milk, the flavorful rice goes very well with the spicy-sweet chilli paste. Very worthy of mention is the curry vegetables that is exceptionally savory.Chong Pang nasi lemak certainly lives up to its reputation as one of Singapore's best. With an impressive array of dishes available for mix and match, this is one nasi lemak that you must not miss.
