Perhaps there are many Steamboat restaurants in Singapore, yet Chuan Wei Xuan was the one my friend love the most and highly-recommend. Located almost at the end of the corridor, the signboard was huge and obvious to see. Ambiance was okay, service was prompt and efficient. Opted for their All-you-can-eat Ala carte Buffet, there were extensive yummy dishes in their Menu.Various condiments were well-arranged on top of common table, help ourselves to have our own favourite mixture of sauce. Two types of soup bases chosen, we decided on nutritious herbal essence and numbing hot spicy soup. Boiling soup was fragrant and tempting, I prefer the “Ma La” side. Food was keep on coming, table was fully utilized. Basically their ingredients were quite fresh, everything was fine. Price was also affordable, approximately $20.00 for adult during weekday’s dinner.
