At Cold Rock Ice Creamery, there are over 40 different kinds of ingredients for us to choose from and then to mix with the ice cream. I really had a hard time choosing the ingredients I want, however, the wide varieties of ingredients they have will not limit customers' taste and preference. I have mixed my coffee flavour ice cream with chocolate chips and hazelnuts and they taste fabulous despite the combination may be weird. Also, the waffle is really crispy at the start.

The vanilla and peppermint ice cream waffle I had was okay, waffle was a little stale and the cold from the ice cream didn't help with the taste definitely. The only redeeming point is at least the ice cream wasn't icy (exposed to room temperature and refreeze repeatedly) .Staff wasn't very friendly and service was slow. ( we're the only customer in the shop at that time)

Went to MBS with friends and spotted a new Cold Rock outlet with interior sitting space for customers.Popular among youngsters and MBS goers who want some affordable desserts at MBS.Shared this strawberry ice-cream ( can't rmb exactly what's the name) with 3 of my friends..1st time trying cold rock ice-cream.I am not a big fan of ice-cream, but i can rate the ice-cream here to be above average.Enjoy sitting at the shop savouring our ice-cream and chat before we continue with our shopping spree.

No doubt, one is always impressed with the new flavours ice cream venders come up with but nothing can really beat old fashioned chocolate ice cream. I love the rich creamy gooey taste of chocolate ice cream which never fails to make one's day. Being in the chocolate mood that I was I ordered Chocolate ice cream with no toppings (wanted to enjoy it the way it was). There were various flavours of ice cream as well as topping available for customers which made it unique. Ice cream also had the choice of coming in different sized cups as well as the optional waffle base or normal waffle. I loved the idea that the chocolate ice cream was filled with white chocolate bits which made it really fun to eat (all that chewing) and a contrast of taste from the normal chocolate ice cream (which had just the right amount of sweetness).My previous experience getting served by staff but I do feel a drop in standard this time round. Though one could tell they enjoyed working together with all that talking and laughing; customer service was not very impressive. I love the ambiance though and I like the idea that its pretty quiet on weekdays with no buzzing crowds!

This ice cream shop is always crowded with people during weekends. One thing that really interest me to try their ice cream is the different types of nice topping which you can choose to add in your choiced ice creams, and the service staffs will assist in mixing everything together on their food desk. It is quite fun and enjoyable to see them mixing the items right infront of you. The price may be abit towards the high side, but since the environment is good and the ice cream also taste really delicious, I think everyone just do not mind to pay slightly more for quality service and ice cream. Simply delicious and the texture of their ice cream is really creamy and thick too.
