Whenever I walked past their Orchard Central branch I could always smell the sweet ice cream which was always very tempting. I decided to try it out since the one at Vivo is near my work place. This branch has an open sitting area within the mall, right outside Golden Village.I chose to have the Strawberry Banana Rendezvous, which is one of their signature creations. The staff scooped the strawberry ice cream and tossed it up into the air and caught it with her scoop, before transferring it to the counter top to 'cold-fry' it. Then, she scooped up the ingredients for Strawberry Banana Rendezvous which are frozen strawberries, banana, white choc chip and graham crackers, then proceeded to chop them up and mix them in into the ice cream simultaneously.The ingredients were fresh and the portion was generous, and the ice cream was good and not sickeningly sweet. One scoop is pretty big so it's good for 2 to share. The bad thing is the ice cream melted pretty quickly... before I had started eating it had already melted a little. My friend's waffle was also soft and not crispy at all.
