Crystal Jade My Bread (已結業)

First time tried this bun and was immediately fall in love with it. Even though the outlook may look simple and not that colourful, but the taste is really good! The bun texture is quite moist and fluffy and the outer surface is quite crispy and not too oily. The milk powder smell nice and with the almond flakes topped over it make it more crunchy and deliciously yummy!

This confectionary shop unlike from the others is they offer more range of the 'bo lo' bun for those who really fancy it. One of my favourite choice is their kaya bo lo bun. The outer crust is crunchy and full of the sweet fragrant from the butter flavour. The bun is soft and fluffy, which have quite generous amount of fragrant kaya filling in it. The combination taste great and best to eat it with a cup of coffee or tea.

Bought some breads for breakfast the next day from here. Bought the red bean bread, the po lou bun and a saussage bread. Ate the po lou bun and it was pretty good! Love the flavour and the taste and it wasnt too sweet or salty or even oily! It was just nice. The sausage bun was quite good too! Full of flavour and definitely filled with lots of sausages and tomato sauce! The red bean bread is good too, but i think its lacking in red beans. Abit too plain

I got this cake in the last minute to celebrate a good friend's birthday. I've just flew in from oversea the day before and didn't have time to order prior the birthday thus left with limited choice to get a decent birthday at an affordable price.
