We like spinach noodle, but those that we usually had were often slightly chewy and springy in texture, similar to al-dante spaghetti. Spinach noodles with dumplings and char siew $4.The char siew was a bit tough but well marinated. There were 3 dumplings and they were not small at all. The whole dish was a bit oily and average tasting so it is not a must try. The soup was very flavourful and seemed to have a lot of m.s.g in it. This is my favourite stall for wanton noodles. I love the springy noodles and the most important reason is that the noodles does not have the alkaline taste which some other stall's noodles have. In addition, I love the wantons here. Each bowl comes with 4 wantons, and the wantons have some black fungus as well, and it is not all meat within each wanton, making the taste more unique.
