We like spinach noodle, but those that we usually had were often slightly chewy and springy in texture, similar to al-dante spaghetti. This spinach noodle ($4) has no chewiness in it, the char siew and chilli was average too. The dumpling, surprisingly, was yummy! The fillings were not full of flour and we found a whole prawn inside each dumpling!

Spinach noodles with dumplings and char siew $4.The char siew was a bit tough but well marinated. There were 3 dumplings and they were not small at all. The whole dish was a bit oily and average tasting so it is not a must try. The soup was very flavourful and seemed to have a lot of m.s.g in it. The noodles had a springy texture though and the gravy wasn't fantastic.

This is my favourite stall for wanton noodles. I love the springy noodles and the most important reason is that the noodles does not have the alkaline taste which some other stall's noodles have. In addition, I love the wantons here. Each bowl comes with 4 wantons, and the wantons have some black fungus as well, and it is not all meat within each wanton, making the taste more unique. The char siew is also quite alright, but the springy noodles and wanton are the main draw factors for me. Each plate costs $3.
