Recently there is a newly opened bakery at the first floor of Bugis Junction. It takes over the space formerly occupied by Pet Lovers Centre, which has since moved to another location within the mall. Besides the bread, the bakery also served sandwiches and drink with a small dine in area.Yaki Soba Sandwich ($4.90)You could also order it as a set at $8.80 which comes with a soup and a drink. I have tried the Yuzu drink which is served hot, and tastes refreshing light. The sandwich is stuffed with fried noodles, chunky chicken, crunchy vegetables, smoky bonito fish flakes. Although it sounds like an odd combination but it actually tastes quite yummy.Teriyaki Chicken Sandwich ($6.90)You could also have it as a set at $10.80. Crunchy and meaty with a kind of asian influenced taste in it.For the regular size buns, there is buy 3 get 1 free promotion.Green Tea Turtle ($2.20)One of the most popular item in the shop. It is quite pretty looking. The green tea flavour is quite light. I wish there could be some filling in it.Fruity Danish ($1.90)Another popular item in the shop. Peach Danish ($1.90)Looks great with the big juicy peach.Pumpkin Flower ($2.20)It is quite hard to me.Lime Cornet ($1.90)I like the tangy lemony filling but not the flaky crust.Choco Banana Cornet ($1.90)Croissant ($1.90)I feel that it is not crispy enough.Mini Mushroom Pie ($1)Besides this, there is also mini chicken pie, mini tuna pie, and also mini versions of the breads too. The chicken pie tastes not bad, while the tuna version is a bit on the salty side.Overall I prefer the sandwiches to the breads. The staffs are quite friendly and eager to please. 繼續閱讀
