Black Glutinous Rice With Coconut Milk, also more commonly known as Pulot Hitam, is one of the popular hot dessert around and it is impossible to not find it in a dessert store. The dessert is fairly easy to cook, thus i would have no idea that any thing can go wrong with it. However, i was wrong. Everything can go wrong even with something simple. I guessed that was why i never want to try the dessert near my house. The amount of sugar added was, wow. This dessert is way way too sweet and they added too much water. It was not starchy enough as it should be since it is a glutinous rice dessert after all.
