Wanted a hot dessert after dinner so i got a warm cheng tng from this dessert stall as it was a rainy cold evening. I got a warm one for $1.20. It was luke warm with some barley, lotus seeds, ginko, white fungus and also dried longan in it. It did not taste very sweet. The soup got diluted longan taste. The overall taste was not bad. Ice kachang is one of the most preferred choices amongst other local desserts to enjoy. This is a personal favourite too. I decided to get one after the prawn noodle soup for dinner. It was quite a big one for just $1.20. There were 2 main colors decorated on the shaved ice. The pink color was some sweetened syrup but the brownish one got a pretty strong brown sugar taste which i did not like it. It was then topped with a handful of sweet corn to serve.The usual ingredients like atap seeds, red beans, sweet corn, jelly cubes were found underneath that pile of shaved ice.
