I will walk in to buy this donut whenever I see that it is available at DJ Bakery. This donut is soft and has that QQ feeling when you bite at it. The sugar powder that is used to coat the donut is very special. Unlike the normal powder sugar, their powder sugar gave you a cooling, cold feeling when you eat the donut. And on their tag, they also state that their donut will give you cold effect when you eat it. Nice donut. From the look, you might think this is just those normal cake (鸡蛋糕) that you see everywhere but I can tell you that you are wrong. This cake is soft and fluffy. I am amazed by the texture of the cake and it still taste the same after I eat it the next day.

Bought this cake to celebrate my colleague's birthday. We bought Chocolate flavor. First bite, the taste average. When open out the box, it was pretty beautiful and looks tempting. The cake was spread with brown color cream, the middle layer of the cake is chocolate cake. First bite, the cream layer has some chocolate taste but its a bit sweet. It was soft in texture but few more bite, I getting sick of it. To me, the cake was quite creamy to my favourite. Overall, the cake was average.

DJ Bakery can be considered 1of the most popular bakery in kovan area. they have a wide variety of bun bread and cakes. other than the wide selection, their food are of high quality as well. I love the Parmesan bun most It's something similar to japanese bun where they are soft moist and has a mild salty cheese taste. Yummy~licious.
