Located in the basement, near Gong Cha is this humble pie shop. All their offerings are huge in portion and are priced around $5-6.There are no seats, so it's a takeaway only place. Still the best chicken pie in town!!  The chicken pie is hot when served even for takeaway.  Loads of filling - chicken meat, eggs, potatoes, etc....and the quarter is a meal in iteself for one.  Its a pity the branch at Nex mall has closed.  Have to visit the branch at Far East Square for the chicken pie fix now.
