Minced Meat Noodle

I ordered the Minced Meat Mee Pok. The noodle is very springy and does not taste soggy at all. Whenever I order noodles, will always ask for extra chilli & vinegar as it complement the noodles very well. I like sliced mushroom the most as is very savory and can tell from the taste that it have been braised for very long. Overall, the Ingredients such as fishball, minced meat & sliced fish cakes are all very fresh & shiok!As for the service can be quite slow during peak hours, but then is still w

As for the service can be quite slow during peak hours, but then is still worth the wait for all minced meat noodles lovers !

For $4 a bowl, the food is edible, but not exactly a culinary delight. The presentation is not great, but it's an economical price for a bowl of noodles in Orchard road. It was early in the morning so the stall had just opened up and the whole area was manned by one staff. He was quite flustered when I asked no chili & more vinegar, but he was still able to get the order.I'm not too sure of the cleanliness of the place cause the counter seemed quite in a disarray especially if the stall had just

 For $4 a bowl, the food is edible, but not exactly a culinary delight. The presentation is not great, but it's an economical price for a bowl of noodles in Orchard road.

It was early in the morning so the stall had just opened up and the whole area was manned by one staff. He was quite flustered when I asked no chili & more vinegar, but he was still able to get the order.

I'm not too sure of the cleanliness of the place cause the counter seemed quite in a disarray especially if the stall had just opened. Their Teh Ice is decent though.

For an affordable lunch around Orchard, EAT is a good place to go to as they serve your usual Singapore delights at wallet friendly prices here.The staffs here are very friendly and even gave us recommendations on what is nice. I ordered a bowl of fish bowl noodles and it costs about $4. The noodles is quite average, though maybe a little overcooked. Fishballs are nice and chewy. An acceptable lunch for it's price.

Was hanging around at Orchard Road on Sunday with the Secondary School mates and decided to have a quick dinner before heading home. Thus, we ended up at Far East Plaza. But Anthony doesn't wants Halal food, so we went for Bak Chor Mee (minced pork mee). While the rest had bak chor mee, I decided to have Satay Bee Hoon. 鱼圆河粉 $4.00,你就可以拥有一碗 鱼圆河粉 配上3粒鱼圆,鱼片, 一些肉碎。很少会在这附近吃东西， 难得来到这里，就尝试这里的食物。食物在我眼前，味道就已经香味扑鼻。以食物的卖相应该不错吃， 的确视乎我想像。鱼圆好大粒，通常都会只给两粒，可是这滩多了一粒。 鱼圆很新鲜，咬感不错，很有弹性，味道香甜。河粉也很滑，配料是番茄酱，甜甜酸酸， 特别的开胃。吃饱了感觉很满足。

Eat Fishball Noddle at Far East Plaza.They have meal sets at $5 each.Any noddles with a cup of tea or coffee.I've tried dry minced meat noddle set today.Taste is quite nice even the whole noddle bowl is too dry.The fishball and minced meat are fresh & tasty.The staffs are friendly & good service.The coffee is strong one but small cup. No matter what time you go, the service is always very good and the stafftake your order attentively.We ordered Laksa and Fishball noodles, with an additional side dish of Crispy Fishcake.What I always like about this place is the huge spoon that comes with the chopsticks.It is easy to eat using that spoon. No matter what time you go, the service is always very good and the staff
take your order attentively.
We ordered Laksa and Fishball noodles, with an additional side dish of Crispy Fishcake.

What I always like about this place is the huge spoon that comes with the chopsticks.
It is easy to eat using that spoon.

The portions of the Laksa and Fishball Noodles were both big.
Both dishes were great to savour till the last bit.
The Laksa gravy was full of flavour and the Noodles were tasty and soft.
There were big slices of fishcake and whole, big fishballs, as well as lots of taupok in the Laksa as well.
The additional Crispy Fishcake is actually Fishcake wrapped in Beancurd skin and then fried till crisp.
It went very well with both the Laksa and Noodles.

The set meal with a drink cost just $4.00 and the additional side dish was $0.70.
Truly great value for money and a tasty meal!

Decided to have lunch here and try their noodles. Ordered the fishball mee pok. The chilli was quite good, spicy enough and smelled nice. The fishball was springy and did not have any fishy smell, which is a definite plus. The staff there were also very friendly and service was good. The place was brightly lit and spacious, providing a comfortable amount of space for customers, unlike other EAT outlets that I've been to.

Mum love to eat noodles from this place, so decided to try it out with my colleague during lunch.We saw that they have quite a few set meals to choose from. As I'm a fishball noodles lover, decided to go for fishball noodles set! We saw that they have quite a few set meals to choose from. As I'm a fishball noodles lover, decided to go for fishball noodles set!
I saw them selling economic fried beehoon with fried ingredients too.


The bowl looks big, but noodles not that much, what i like about it, is the chilli and fishball. The chilli is spicy enough, cox I'm a chilli lover.
As for the fishball, it's fresh and very 'Q', there isn't any fishy smell too!


Despite the set meal comes with hot beverage such as coffee and tea, we are able to change to cold drinks by topping up another 80 cents.
It's so much worthwhile, the set meal cost only $4, another 80cents to top up to cold drinks.

As you can see from the picture, I've got myself H&E green tea. The canned drink is like costing you only 80cents! While coffeeshop costs about $1.20/$1.30.

Feeling so worthwhile! The service staff were friendly too

Order take about 5min ...While I queueing for my noodle, I noticed that they got sell fish cake. While I queueing for my noodle, I noticed that they got sell fish cake. Look like homemake fish cake.
But that will try next time.
Back to my mee pok noodle.

The fish ball and fish cake taste nice and fresh. Don't have that fishy smell. GOOD.
From the photo that show the set meal, their drink sdeem to be srve on a small cup, but when the drink come. They are the normal glass that you see in coffee shop.
So I will say it is worth it.
