Quiet end of the restaurant so a tab difficult to get the attention of the staff. It's Friday and everywhere is crowded with queues. As both of us have not tried Empire State, we decide it out. Although the queue is long, but it moves quite fast. As Halloween is coming, the place is decorated in tune with fakes spider webs, spiders, masks.We start our meal with Seafood Chowder ($6.90++). I was at Causeway Point shopping and a movie date , so before those , we feast! The place was crowded and noisy. I guess business is good and cos of that the service was slow due to the crowd but they're trying their best. we ordered giant meatball spaghetti , bacon hotdog chips. The giant meatball was huge! it's like a tennis ball coated with meat instead. the taste was flavourful and well cooked. Spaghetti texture was very "Q". Fries was a little cold but still okay.
