Not sure if everyone has heard of this yummy egg tarts yet I remembered i was first intrigued by the shape of these goodies I'm sure till now it's the only egg tart looking like this in Singapore!They have many flavours to choose from, be it sweet or salted Being the traditional thinking i am, i prefer my egg tarts to be sweet flavoured I bought the green tea and melting chocolate flavour ones!They have a few chocolate choices so if you don't know what to pick, be sure to ask for recommendation like i did and i was recommended the melting chocolate It was chocolate chips on the egg tart, not overly sweet at all I like the green tea one too, the green tea's being baked in the crust of the tart!Be sure to try them :bowl: 繼續閱讀

It has been a while since I last bought takeaway from Fancy Delight. They seem to have introduced new flavors I've never seen before. So today I purchased a box of six...my picks are Pandan red bean, kaya, double choc, white choc coffee, cheese & kiwi tarts. I ate the Pandan red bean, double choc and white choc coffee tarts while hubby had the other three. My verdict...Double choc is alright, no new surprises. The white choc coffee does surprise me...I'm a more choc than coffee person and this tart actually outshines the double choc! The coffee flavored egg custard blends really well with the white choc and the thin choco crust...yums.As for the Pandan red bean, I was expecting it to be good but I find no kick from the pandan and reb bean paste combi...maybe they should have done matcha red bean instead?Hubby's feedback is he likes the cheese tart while kaya and kiwi are so so only. 繼續閱讀

Not quite sure what time the discount actually starts but the egg tarts were going off for $1 each. They were going off fast!I managed to buy the last piece of kaya and the apple cinnamon egg tarts. The other 2 were original and which peoplewere less interested in. (The flavours really enhanced the taste!) The kaya was rather strong and fragrant that itoverwhelmed the taste of the egg. As for the apple cinnamon, it was rather subtle, more soothing to my taste buds,especially when it was consumed right after it was taken out of the refrigerator. Mentioning about being chilled, theseegg tarts had a cheesy texture and mouth-feel that in confusion, for a moment, I thought that I was eating cheese! 繼續閱讀

I have always like to eat the egg tarts at fancy delights because it is really tasty and comes in different flavours. Today i tried a new flavour that i never tried before which is the double chocolate but i didn't quite like it. I think i would prefer the original flavour kind which is more authentic i feel. But overall i would recommend this to anyone who is a egg tart lover. 繼續閱讀

Unique and fanciful tarts they have. Tarts always give people the impression that they are sweet and makes a great afternoon snacks. Our normal egg tarts' pastry is low and with sweet custard egg fillings inside. However, these unique tarts' pastry are double the height of a normal egg tart, with assorted fillings to chose from.Fancy Delights has savoury flavour tarts available. Black pepper chicken tarts taste more like quiche to me. .Sweet fillings flavours like strawberry jam, mango, chocolate chips, blueberry etc... while the savoury ones are cheese, minced chicken, black pepper etc..I love the apple tart most. Especially when the apple cubes are being simmered till soft and moist, adding a touch of cinnamon powder enhanced the taste and making it more flavourful.So far this is the only outlet i've come across. 繼續閱讀
