Fei Siong Seafood is a mid-end air-conditioned Chinese restaurant along Bukit Timah Kilat Court. They serve typical tze char dishes like curry fish head, chilli crab, black pepper crab, mai po tofu, sambal kang kong, cereal prawns, etc.I was here last friday for a family gathering. My favorite dish was the mai po tofu, a light yet filling and nutrious dish.The chili crab is one of their signature dishes if I remember correctly, it was great, I could the crab meat was fresh and cooked correctly as the flesh didn't stick to the inner shell. The gravy was full of flavor and thick too.You could give this place a try if you're looking for tze char in an air-conditioned environment yet not at too high prices.
