Lately Fish & Co at Singapore Changi Airport Terminal 2 has undergo a refurished. It has expanded its dining areao with an alfesco area overlooking the arrival hall check in rows. Anyway, we were here to have a birthday lunch. Oh whether there is a birthday in the house, the staff will gather to sing a birthday song for him/her :)For my meal, I went for the fish and chips. To all clam chowder lovers out there, one should definitely try the one over at Fish & Co (Changi Airport). Perhaps the standard of food is better here as this is the airport after all, where international guests from around the world come to visit our little island.At first glance, it didn't look very chunky or thick. Instead, it was smooth and contained chewable bits of meat. With a dash of pepper, the soup was perfect and I drank till the very last drop.
