Fish Porridge (已結業)

My mum recommended this fish soup stall to us when we were in Chinatown yesterday! I love fish soup so I could not pass this up for the rest of the food! I ordered the fish soup + bowl of rice for $5. For $5, there's quite a generous amount of sliced fish inside. However, the fish were sliced quite thickly. I prefer it to be thinner though. There's vegetables, 2 pieces of small tofu and 1 slice of tomato inside. The soup was okay, not too salty but not very flavourful too.

my daddy know i was hungry and craving for nice hot porridge so when he came back from work, he da bao this awesome porridge for me. i love the porridge from this stall. the fish is so fresh, the soup is so tasty. it is not oily, makes a great and not so fattening dinner.

This is my favourite fish soup and fish porride stall. I always buy for my mom whenever i pass by this area.The sliced fish were very fresh, tender and 'Q'. And they were rather generous with the sliced fishes. (They give quite many and big pieces) Their soup base was rather sweet and tasted so well with the seaweed. But I will always like to add in some ginger and small chilli padi paste to enhance the flavourfulness of the soup! Love dipping the sliced fish into the ginger and small chilli pad

I always love the fish soup and fish porride from this stall. I will always try to buy for my mom whenever i pass by chinatown area. Their fish slice is very fresh and tender, texture very 'Q' infact. And their soup base with seaweed is fanstantic too which go very well with their ginger paste with small chilli padi, which make the soup and fish slice even tastier! This is the only fish soup/porridge stall that i eat from! Its really yummy!!! I usually have quite high expectation for fish slice
