Next to the entrance of the food court, Fish Soup stall was queuing up during the dinner hours. Choices were thoughtfully provided whereby you may pick meehoon, thick meehoo, crispy noodles, handmade noodles or mee sua to add into your desired soup. Staff was polite and repeated my order to avoid confusion.The chef put in effort to decorate slices of fish, it looked pretty like a blossom flower. The essence of soup was heavily relied on the fresh fish, it was decent with a medley of sweet and fragrant taste. I had quite some long time never taste such homely soup, fish was on the other hand cooked a right texture. Ease to have the fish, it was boneless and smooth. $4.00, portion was satisfying.

I have ordered a promotion Saba Fish Set at Juntion 8 - Food Junction. I should say that it is a best value meal and I was very much happy and satisfied with taste, flavor and cost of the food. It comes with a fried egg and a well-marinated, flavorful fish. The rice that was served along was and the quantity of the food served is good. With a cost of $4.80 only, it is a worthy one.

This stall’s fish soup is quite famous as I see there are some newspaper article show at the stall.The special one is we can choose the type of noodle,there are, “you mee hoon”, “chu mee hoon”, “mee sua”, “dou qian”, “magi mee”.I order the bitter gourd with fish soup (+milk) with mee sua.It cost $5. The taste is nice, and the slice fish is really fresh.I like it so much.My friend order the normal fish slice soup with “dou qian”.Without milk.It taste nice too even without milk.The dou qian is soft and the hardness is just right.Both of us also like it.

Anyone for a light dinner, try this stall at junction 8 4th level food junction.The is renovated and there is a lot of stalls providing a lot range of food to choose.Came across this stall is seling fish soup.I order the Fried Fish Egg Bee Hoon.Cost $4.50Waiting time 15 minute.When my meal came notice there is 4 big slice of fried fish.And there is one big egg.The soup base come milk which I like it very much.A good hot soup base meal...

This is one of my favorite fish soup stall ! The Fried Fish is taste FLAVORFUL ! and the soup is delicious, everytime i order will separate the fried fish with the soup, then the fried fish can stay chrunchhhhh~ and another recommend dish is the sour sweet fried fish rice with fried egg. it come with a soup. You may also special order the fried fish only. The price is reasonable! sometime i willl purposely go down to have the fried fish soup too
