After walking round the kopitiam, I have decided to try out the fried fish soup beehoon from this stall. Firstly, the presentation can be improved by adding other garnish such as spring onion. As for the taste wise, the fried fish taste fresh and is not overcooked. The beehoon is sufficiently cooked with a soft and QQ texture. As for the soup, it has a very light fish soup taste and with the addition of the milk, it further enhance the taste of the soup. Apart from the fish and beehoon, other ingredients such as sliced vegetable, tomato and seaweed is also added.
