I love the durian pancakes from Four Seasons and would often buy it from the outlet at Clementi Mall as it is the nearest to my school. With the opening of the newest outlet at Tampines Mall, I was elated! Now I don't have to travel so far to have a taste of my favourite durian pancakes! They will fry the pancakes for awhile and then fill it up with a huge dollop of cold durian flesh paste It is best recommended to eat it on the spot! Impressed by the promotion about the durian pudding transforming into a local dessert delight with Mau Shan Wang durian puree and being an ardent fan for premium durian, I bought two small cups of durian pudding and one cup of mango pudding for desserts.

Mau Shan Wang Durian pudding at S$3.60 per cup and Mango Pudding at S$2.50 per cup.

Mau Shan Wang (Cat Mountain King) best grown durian at the hilltops of Malaysia are supposingly to be have thick rich and creamy flesh tasted like toasted marshmallow. Slightly bitter but with sweet notes. Pungent though but not so overpowering with some sweetness.

The two cups of durian pudding claimed to be made from Mau Shan Wang durian are definitely not true.

Not sure whether these puddings were stored for too long that it has lost the durian fragrant and flavour.

There is also a layer of thick icing on top of each durian pudding cup.

Its practically tasteless.

When the cashier handed me the package, I was wondering why are there no strong durian fragrant.

Looked more like a smooth steam egg custard definitely not durian flavour pudding. At least steam egg custard has the fragrant and richness of the egg flavour.

Mango Pudding is definitely much better pudding with smooth texture and there are some mango taste in the cup.

I will definitely not purchase any more "so claimed" Cat Mountain King durian pudding from Four Seasons Durian.

Currently at promotional rate of $8.80 for 20 dainty durian puffs. Normal price S$12.80.Can be kept in the freezer for two weeks. When consume, thaw at chiller for 30 minutes.The big signboard is too attractive to by-pass.I was hesistant to buy at first but a lady standing next to me who have bought two boxes of the mini durian puff told me that I must try and assured me that I will return for more. The durian logo on their packaging box is also very attractive and colourful.Irresistible upon r

Irresistible upon reaching home, I ate five mini durian puffs. The durian filling is very fragrant and fresh and there is a crunch biting the little puffs. Indeed 100 percent durian filling and I am satisfied with the taste.

At every bite of the puff you can feel the iciness in the filling due to the refrigeration.

This puff is definitely not for people with sensitive teeth.
