The FoodI ordered a bowl of fish soup with instant noodle and the fish slices given a lot when it was served to me. In addition, the thick pieces of fish are very fresh, tender and fleshy. On a cold, wet and rainy day.I took refuge at Sembawang Hills Food Centre for a lunch date with my girlfriend who works further down the road.And there was no question about it. I discovered this place by accident and have since fallen in love with the fresh fish soup here. The soup comes with either instant noodle or rice and we opted for the rice since the instant noodle is unhealthy. I love how clear and light tasting the soup is, it is just very sweet tasting and does not have the fish stench. The fish slices are also tender and I like to pair it with a small amount of soya sauce to further enhance its taste. I will definitely recommend this place for good tasty fish soup.

This is one of the best kept secret in the Sembawang area with a number of regular supporters. Long queue is usually expected during weekends. The ingredients are very flesh, you could have the fish slices and tofu with rice or just the fish slices with the maggie mee. I do like it with maggie mee and extra fish slices when i am not too hungry. The soup is very refreshing, you can only taste the light pepper and the fried shallots that further enhanced the flavor. One interesting thing is this stall has many creative inventions created by the boss, like the machines that dispensed his change, spoon, spring onions and fried garlic. Do drop by for an eye-opening experience.
