Gordon's Vadai which is back at the same location in Siglap. He stills sell the prawn vadai, rissole and banana fritters.The Vadai is 80 cents topped with small prawn. It has a slight crisp and chewy texture. The Rissole is creamy chicken stew wrapped in bread and coat with bread crumbs. It has pieces of chicken, mixed vegetables. The taste is ok, I would prefer to eat it with some chilli sauce as I find it a bit bland on its own. This cost $2.The banana fritter could have taste better if over ripe banana is used. The batter is good but I find the banana not sweet and not ripe enough.The above items are best eaten hot.
