Recently I had been to Hong Lim Food centre for lunch with my hubby. As I was there, I saw this pancake stall from where I was sitting. I have not had these traditional pancakes for some time. There are three flavours, coconut, red bean and peanut. The pancakes costs 70 cents each. I bought a total of 3 pancakes since it costs cheaper. The pancakes are quite adequately sized. The pancake is not too thick and it is quite spongy and springy. The peanuts are ground peanuts with sugar and it is really tasty as the peanuts smelt very fragrant and it has the right level of sweetness.
