Today i went for a visit at NUH, was famished so i went and take a look at the Kopitiam establishment, what caught my attention is this western stall called Grill & Pasta, their menus are well organized and beautifully presented. Usually i am not a fan of fish but the photos are so appealing so i ordered the pan-fried fish and a side carbonara pasta. I always thought that hospital food are usually blend. But this time it totally changed my perception, for just a mere $7 or less, you get more than what you pay for, i was amazed with the presentation and the taste, fish are pan-fried to the perfection, crispy on the sides and juicy in the inside, with just the right touch of seasoning. you can actually taste the freshness and flavors of fish as thought as it's dancing on your taste buds. Apart from the fish, the carbonara is a must try, it was so rich and creamy, that it leaves a milky layer on your lips, bursting of flavors right inside your mouth. Eating is believing, you will get restaurant standards at a food court price, and the staff which are two young man, are friendly and generous with their proportions. But you are warned, you will get hooked after you try it, writing this review has already startled making me drool.
