the waffle i ordered from grinny gecko is nice, the auntie even gave me the free peanut topping. the waffle is crispy and hotly made, and inside the waffle is soft and fluffy. i like the chocolate sauce as fillings and always order chooclate waffle but sometimes will have both the peanut butter and chocolate combination and it was great!! anyway waffle is just something i will eat for snack because my appetite is large!

Creamy potato salad ($1.5)My friend who is on diet always eat salad,and she recommend me the salad from Grinny Gecko.This is quite nice.But the potato is a bit too soft.I more prefer a harder potato as Astons'.But some people will prefer the soft one.It seem like lots of mayo cream,but it is a bit taste less.I still can accept it as i'm a fruit lover.No need mayo cream also can.Although it is not very nice,but it is very good for health.

It's lunch time and obviously all the canteen will be packed like sardine. Together with my group of friends, we went to McDonalds side in NYP to have our lunch. In curious with the 'Grinny Gecko' stall that I have not tried it before, I joined the queue. Above picture showed the roasted chicken set meal which I have ordered . This set meal costed me $4 with the accompanied of a drink. In this set meal, other than the pastas, I can choose rice, mash potato or spaghetti as well as the sauces (Mushroom, black pepper).The food tasted acceptable and was served warm. They were very generous to provide alot of black pepper sauce that I have chosen and the pastas texture tasted just rice. The chicken was tender and tasty Although, they may be short of workers helping, their services was reasonably acceptable I felt that they were quick creative in setting up this kind of menu. I would definitely patronize this shop again for my lunch (:

this is a bbq chicken rice set. this is actually one of my favourite rice set. the sad thing is, there is no more potato salad for that day I went to order. however i still decide to order this rice set. as they told me they will replace the potato salad with veggie. I was quite disappointed as the veggie is only very little. just a few slices of cucumber and lettuce. so i dont think it is worth it with the potato salad!

The YOGORT shop recently opened a new outlet in Grinning Gecko. Now I do not have to travel so far just to get my weekly dose of yogurt. I can get it from my school, anytime. What attracted me to the shop would definitely be the pricing and the way that the products were advertised. It is rather affordable and the taste is also very nice. I ordered the natural flavoured yogurt with fruity pebbles. The taste is decent and it is value for money. A small cup is around $2.50 and the big cup is around $3.
