I saw one of Openricer recommend Han's cafe's the salted Fish Fried Rice before.Today, I got a chance to try this at Fareast plaza.Even it's lunch time peak hr, I didn't wait too long time for the fried rice, only about 10 minutes.As she recommended, The fried rice is simply delicious. I was doing shopping at Far East Plaza however tummy got grumpy and headed for a fast bite at Far East Plaza. There are probably many varieties there however, I'm someone who loves dory fish. Went for my lunch at Han's at Far east plaza. Ordered their set lunch which comes with a soup of the day, a main dish, drink and dessert.The soup of the day was cream of cauliflower. It was quite thick and creamy but it does not really have any taste of cauliflower. The fish and chips was quite a big portion. But the batter was too thick. It comes with thick cut fries and coleslaw by the side. Overall, it was quite ok considering the price i paid for it .

I've been going back to Han's consistently for their pastries and snacks, there's something about that place that captures my heart. This public holiday, I got a box of assorted tea-time snacks including: Rum ball, Sugar Roll, Raisin Roll, Blueberry Crumble, Apple Crumble and 2 curry puffs. Come to Han's, i cant decide what food i wanted to order. Cause its many dishes to choose. I think is lunch hours, they have special menu. Finally i decided to order salted fish fried rice.Salted Fish Fried Rice is taste so good, it smell great~come with a fried egg. The sunny egg look nice =) the fried rice is big portion. worth to have it. it cost me $7.8. Next time will try others food.

Hor Fun Style Beehoon with Fish and Prawns. The beehoon is cooked in a nice tasty gravy as in the traditional hor fun with gravy. Usually, it is served with Prawns, Pork and Fish slices but customers could request for fish and prawns only too. The fish slices are thick and the portion is generous. The gravy is really tasty and it is hard to come by as some places serve the same dish but the gravy lacks the original flavour. Be it beehoon or hor fun, it is simply tasty at Han's. $7.80 per plate.S

I went to han’s bakery for afternoon tea and to rest my aching feet after accompanying my girlfriend from shopping around far east. I ordered us a tuna puff to share. The tuna puff is pretty large. I sliced it into half and was surprised by the amount of tuna filling they add to the pastry. They are just so generous with their tuna. The pastry is very buttery ad fragrant. it really complements the tuna filling.

Place to consider for a quick bite in town with a decent setting. They're supposed to be quite big on their cakes so we ordered keeping in mind to leave some space for dessert.Strawberry Cheesecake with whipped cream. I felt that the cheesecake could have been thicker and creamier. Hans used to have a lot outlet but also closed down a lot i have dine in here twice Their western food is average but their dessert is nicei Like their cake Their Blackforest roll & apple pie is very nice sweet dark cherries and a little berry jam. Sponge is topped with chocolate flakes overall i rate 7/10

There is a variety of food range in Han’s. The prices are quite reasonable and a nice place to dine at. The other day I bought a take away soup, and to my disappointment, the staff did not pack the soup properly, causing the soup to leak. Not sure was the container leaking or the lid was not tighten properly. The soup leaked and therefore I had to placing it into a bowl before consuming it as to not create a mess. The taste of it was good and I enjoyed every sip of it. The price is average at ar
