Now is getting more bubble tea shop, the signboard color is catch my attention, the menu is variety. Amoungst the many chains of Tea and drinks sprouting in Singapore, Happy Lemon is by far my most favorite. The drink that got me most hooked is their Cocoa Rock Salt Cheese.I am a cheese fanatic, and any good cheese flavored food I loved. I was very reluctant to try cheese on my drink at first, but when I tried it, it blew my mind.I know there are other drinks to try that are great as well, but This specialty drink that only Happy Lemon serves keeps me going back for more.I even dared to let my husband try it, worried that he would think its weird, Cheese and Salt on a chocolate drink?! The first disappointment has to be the realisation that Happy Lemon is no longer serving their drinks in their signature cup with a happy face. I definitely missed having my drink in their happy cup.And thanks to my adventurous mood, i decided to try the Green Tea with Rock Salt & Cheese for $3.50. I have gotta agree with the earlier review that the green tea was very much overwhelmed and overtook the taste of rock salt and cheese. It tasted more like the usual green tea with milk. Unlike the numerous milk tea stalls all over Singapore. This stall has a unique twist to it's tea, many of it's teas are based on lemon favor hence the stall name Happy Lemon. One of it's recommended drink is the honey lemon with seaweed jelly drink. The drink has a nice honey lemon taste but not too sour and the seaweed jelly really complements the drink.…Read More
