開飯介紹
One unique trait about this stall is that it utilises a whistle to alert their customers that their food is ready for collection and has thus gradually built up a small reputation for themselves with this tactic. 繼續閱讀

Having Fried Kway Tiao in a healthier manner? Well, if you haven't hear of Fried Kway Teow with greens covering up the noodles, this is one of the places where you can find one beside the one in Golden Mile Food Centre. The unusual practice of the hawker with his whistling blowing method had stunned me when I first saw it. The man will start blowing whistle to alert customers that the Kway Tiao are ready, an alternative way to installing a digital number system.Though it costs $4 per plate, the portion is rather small, not recommended for big eaters. With the healthy greens topped the dish, the Kway Teow can barly be seen. At better times, you get to enjoy the plate of Kway Teow without too much of burnt "chao tah" taste. One of the down side is that they are using disposable plates and papers in an airy environment, once the plates are left empty, they will be easily blown away by the strong winds from the fan.visit www.umakemehungry.com for more reviews 繼續閱讀

We ordered a $4 serving. The plate of char kway teow was definitely less oily than usual, and was fried with bean sprouts, cockles, eggs and chye poh (preserved radish), and topped with blanched and still-crunchy Chye Sim (Vegetable). There was taste of charred flavour in the kway teow, the eggs, chai poh (preserved radish), and the cockles helped to enhance the taste. The blanket of green vegetable (chye sim) completely buried the kway teow and one could mistake the kway teow as a fried vegetable dish. This is the most distinct trademark of Huat Heng Fried Kway Teow and the selling point of the dish; (perhaps they should call it a vegetable fried kway teow instead?)Overall, if you are health-conscious but crave for fried kway teow, eating at Heng Huat will certainly soothe your conscience and make you feel less guilty about it. It’s definitely good enough to satisfy those cravings. However, if given a choice, we would definitely still go for the version fried with lard. Please refer to www.ieatandeat.com for details review. 繼續閱讀

I love my char kway teow dark and messy; green colored one impress me as well.I went to Pasir Panjang and tried the well known Green Char kway Teow, I asked the uncle to make my noodled ‘darker’. 100% full of Wok hei the moist and well charred kway teow is still springy; sweet dark sauce coats evenly on the noodle as well as the fluffy eggs. Cockles were clean and well cooked; a ‘pool’ of green vegetable acts like a blanket waiting for me to reveal the hot and delicious noodle inside. 繼續閱讀

While my loved one having the popular Fried Hokkien Mee, I'm ordering another store of popular Fried Kway Tiao...This was definitely the healthiest fried kway teow...You got a full plate of fried kway teow, topped by juicy cockles and crisp, sweet beansprouts in it...A unique touch was the addition of chai poh (salted radish), which provided a salty and crunchy contrast...This was one fried kway teow that you can indulge in without feeling like you’ve swallowed a whole block of butter... Kway teow with lots of vegetables but I wouldn’t mind returning if I were in the area... 繼續閱讀

The FoodI ordered a plate of fried kway teow and was surprised by the crunchy pieces of fresh veggie that somehow balanced off the unhealthy dish. Well-fried with a remarkable wok hei flavour, the kway teow come with the usual egg and juicy cockles but lacking in fish cake, waxed sausage and lard. This dish is catered more for health-conscious foodie who craves for fried kway teowThe PriceReasonably priced at $3.00 per plateOverallI will definitely come back again and highly recommended to try this! 繼續閱讀
