Visiting a humble restaurant near Bedok area, Hock Lai Heng was basically a traditional Chinese-style business. Extensive Menu given, I was considering to take Fried Hor Fun. On second thought, I ordered something never eat before. My first time to be so adventurous, I decided to try their specialty. Propmt service, we get our food within 15 minutes.A plate of delicious fried noodle with excessive gravy was tempting indeed, wet and gooey version for this one. Beautiful unique mixture when combined together with Tomatoes, Veggies, Shrimps, Squids and eggs, cooking skill further enhanced the flavour and aroma. Infused along sweetly sour tomato, noodle was surprisingly still in springy texture after soaking in broth. I fully enjoyed this delish plate of noodle, satisfying my taste buds. Price wise, it was reasonably stated at $4.00.
