Went to HolyCrab for dinner and wah, really lived up to the hype. The Naked oOoOtak shell-less crab was personally my favourite when paired with the Mantou. Dipping the Mantou in the sauce instantly enhances the flavour of the plain mantou, making the flavours melt in my mouth. I also got the  Full of Crab fried rice to share and you may think looking at the dull colour, the dish would be tasteless, however to my surprise, it was full of flavour and the crab meat they used were also very fresh! Tried the Singapore Chilli Crab and it was packed with flavours sweet, spicy, and rich. The broccoli dish was unexpectedly delicious, with smoky notes and a creamy crab base. CapriCorn was tender, juicy, and full of umami. Pricey but totally worth the quality.…查看更多
