Hosoi Teppan-Yaki House

Was there lunching and I was quite surprise by the quality of food served.The teppanyaki menu is pretty similar and cooking is similar, but the results are different!It got to be the cook Ordered the Black Pepper Beef and it is excellent. Expecting to be hard and dry, it turned to be tender and juicy. Most importantly, it taste deliciously with the pepper sauce.The fried bean sprout is simple but nice. It is also fresh and juicy. Located neat the fountain of wealth, Hosoi seemed like a classy teppanyaki. Our chef was looking very professional with his tall hat. Anyway I got myself tge $28 seafood and meat combination set. Though the beef was ok in texture, honestly I couldn't really taste much of it because of the overwelming thick garlic/black pepper sauce the chef contaminated the beef with. How unappropriate. Maybe I should go Sakae Teppanyaki instead next time.…查看更多
