Tonite attending an event at Nacli, where we are treated a feast prepared by Ye Liang How Catering Service. As the theme for tonite's event is sailing, a lot of decorations are done in boat size. Food is served in a plate with a hole to hold the plastic cup. Interesting and useful. But that also means less space to put food.The satays with rice cube are served in a boat shaped cup. Very cute.For those not used to the short sticks, the satay are also served in the usual satay sticks size. Taste a

 Lastly for dessert, we have Raspberry Soya Cuppa which is quite sweet and creamy.

Overall it is quite a wide spread but the taste is average.

Tonite I am attending an event which has catered buffet dinner from this caterer. We are served the following food :Fried RiceSoya Sauce ChickenBlack Pepper FishStir Fried Mixed MushroomsSpicy TofuFive Spice Meat RollsBreaded PrawnsSamosa and end with Mango Pudding for dessert and Cold Barley Drink to wash down the meal. For such a hazy day, it is the recommended drink to combat the heatiness. I feel so refresh after drinking. The mango pudding is delicious. The deep fried items are a bit soggy

The deep fried items are a bit soggy and soft. The fried rice is a bit too dry for me. The mushrooms are very big in size and tastes very flavourful. The soya sauce chicken is tender and seasoned.
