The Ikea restaurant at the Tampines branch is a lot bigger than the Alexandra branch, with a bigger dining area and plentiful of seats. The self-service food counter area is also slightly more spacious to allow for smoother human flow. The place is dressed in a casual, modern style, with clean arrangement of simple, classic furniture and artsy overhead lamps. Don't ever leave IKEA without having their meatballs! There meatballs are perfect considering the price you pay for! The meatballs are slightly chewy and the accompanying ligonberry sauce complements the meatball so well! The sauce is seasoned alright to my liking. My favourite savoury dish among the rest.

I love coming to Ikea not only to see their furniture, decor items etc., but also for their food! I really love their Swedish meatballs and chicken wings over here and those two are a must order whenever I dine in at Ikea! I especially love the cranberry sauce served together with the meatballs. You can never fail to see plates of chicken wings on almost every table!

The meatballs were delicious, very juicy and full of flavour. However, the spaghetti was served cold and not that appealing. The salmon was soft and nicely pink. Dinner at Ikea cafe is nice! I always enjoyed eating the swedish meatballs and this time round we tried the Baked Chicken Leg as well. Who doesn't love meatballs from Ikea? I love the fact that they are equally bready and meaty. The tangy lingonberry sauce complements the meaty balls so perfectly. Besides that I also enjoy the fried chicken wings. It's fragrant and crispy on the outside. It's tender and warm on the inside. Its very comforting to eat the wings.
