Recently there is a makeover in its menu. There is a promotion at online website Qoo10 on 50% off on selected items. Currently there are 4 different stalls in the Japanese style food court. The food court is still decorated in Japanese style. I am totally in love with their Sushi. It is considerably cheap and they always stock up a wide varieties to choose from.There will be the tamago sushis, crabmeat sushis, cucumber sushis, and many more.Do try their salmon don also! Ishi Mura is a Japanese food street which sells a wide variety of japanese food. I love Japanese food, and here is a great place for affordable and nice jap food! I ordered a ham cabbage pancake @ $5. It consists of a cabbage base, egg, ham and seaweed. It comes with two dressings, mayonnaise and sweet teriyaki sauce! Although the ingredients are fairly simple, when you eat it all together, it is simply amazing and really nice! Perfect for a meal if you do not wish to have any rice or noodles. D

Was at Northpoint and wanted to have a simple dinner so we decided to visit Ishi Mura as they serve rather affordable food there.I ordered a plain ramen for $4.80 as I dont like the Japanese type cha siew.The plain ramen only comes with an egg, the noodles and a piece of seaweed. Great if you are looking for something simple & cheap.The soup is really nice & thick, a milky color although you dont taste any milk. It's just hours of boiling I think. Loves Japanese food. Want to eat it at reasonable price. Head over to Ishi Mura Food Court at Northpoint Top floor right now. Prawn garlic rice. Their serving is quite large and prawns are quite a lot. A sunny side up egg is included inside the hot stone pot too. We have to mix it ourselve to enhance the taste. It is almost 9pm when I come out of the library. I decides to check out the sushi counter as there is a 30% discount on sushi and maki before closing.Not much choices in the counter, but still got myself a box of 3 tako salad maki and 2 scallop maki (usual : $3.90), which costs $2.75 after discount. The seafood filling tastes average. The sushi rice tastes rather dry and a bit hard too.

This special house ramen has almost all the variety of ingredients in the other ramen - from scallop to prawn to vegetables to egg .The scallop is chewy and gives a good texture. The prawn is actually quite fresh, would be great if the outer part of the prawn can be removed before serving XD.I especially like the egg yolk in the egg, it may be high in cholesterol but the egg yolk is prepared differently - from the other eggs. Okonomiyaki is a Japanese pancake that contained different types of ingredients. I enjoy eating it but the Okonomiyaki at this place was a disappointment. The taste of the pancake tasted quite bland containing the shredded cabbage. The cooked Okonomiyaki was decorated with the thick sauce together with the seaweed flakes, bonito flakes and mayonnaise.
