Nowadays it is quite rare to see a ramen stall in the hawker centre. What attracted me to this stall is the unique design of their signboard. What so special about this ramen stall is that it uses an automated ramen cooking machine which boils the ramen given a preset timing and after which it will automatically remove the sieve from the boiling water. Coming to the ramen, the soup base is full of flavours and is well seasoned. As for the ramen itself, the degree of chewiness is just right for ramen. The hard boiled egg is pretty well cooked as it has a slightly watery egg yolk which I personally like it. Lastly, this ramen comes with a chicken cutlet which has a unique marinating seasoning which I personally feel that it is the best of all that I have tried. Thumbs up for the chicken cutlet.
