Jollibean has many different types of peanut pancakes available to snack on. I normally get the classic peanut one though. The peanut pancake is very large compared to many other places and the pancake is very thick and dense. I was really hungry after my not filling dinner. So I decided to buy some peanut pancake from jollibean to eat along the way back home. I like jollibean’s pancake cos their pancake is very spongy and soft. it is also very chewy. I especially like the peanut flavor the best, it is very sweetish and nutty. Love the crunch. It really contrast the texture of the pancake. the pancake slice is very thick, very filling. one thing I like about jollibean is that they cut the pancake into very large slice and I only paid $0.90 for one slice. One thing that i really like about jollibean pancake is that their peanut filling is thick and crunchy, and totally not dry at all. The thin crispy one is great for snack, but could only be eaten on the spot before it turned soft and really hard to eat. So for take away, i would usually go for the ones in a box. It is better than those that are selling for one for a dollar, cause the pancake itself is too thick for my liking. This twisted ones that goes in a box are the best anytime. I have ordered beancurd from Jollibean for quite a few times now. Each time their standard is pretty much the same. Smooth and light and not overly sweet. A nice healthy snack for the afternoon. Wow, their peanut pancake is so delicious. They are so generous with the peanut filling. OMG! Can you see that how thick is the peanut filling?Was at west mall relaxing at rockery.
