Was attracted by Just Acia's free flow of drinks and ice cream! hahaha. Decided to try their food. I ordered the Kimchi soup with tofu and udon while my friend ordered cheesy fish with rice. We were quite excided to try their food. I think the name of this dish is something like dory fish cheese baked rice? It's very cheesy and some people may get sicked of the cheesy-ness after eating halfway.. But for me, I love it! Spicy and cheesy goodness followed by lots of ice cream! It was a really really great meal. I enjoyed every part of the long lunch I had at Just Acia. It started off with a bowl of spicy ramen with CHEESE. The cheese was the best part! It melted in the soup and made the ramen so much yummier! There were two side dishes, the peas and kimchi. I loved both of them. I was given a cup to help myself with the array of drinks (both hot and cold) and ice cream. I tried their blackcurrant slurpee which was refreshing, followed by a self created root beer float. Went there quite a number of times, really satisfied with the variety of food they provide on the menu. Personal favourite: Fried Dory Fish with Cheese and Rice. Can't really remember the full name of the dish, but it costs around $7.90++. I'm always ordering this dish as I really like it Ice cream and drinks wise considered above average for their price. Having heard a friend mentioned that it's nice and there is free flow ice cream and drink, I decided to check it out. This branch at Dhoby Ghaut MRT has a unique layout, being split into 3 section along the direction of the pedestrian lane. I thought that I could explore other eateries and walked along it, but saw it's Just Acia again. However, despite the large spread, it's quite crowded with youngsters. The dinner is simple and the dishes are actually quite healthy. Not salty to the extent, I feel it's a little plain. However, for my mom, it's good. She complained later that it doesn't feel full. They have a wide selection of hot drinks and cold drinks. The queue is however for the ice-cream. The girls just queued up for many rounds of it. There were 6 to 8 tubs of different flavour - from choc, vanilla, coffee, banana, etc - and almost all were finished within the hour I had my dinner.
