It was really a lovely and budget meal at Just Acia.  For only $5.90+, I get to enjoy this whole set of chicken cutlet rice set with free flow ice cream with cold and hot beverages.  Restaurant is cooling and comfortable.  The staffs here are nice and polite, and clear tables really fast and clean.  Chicken cutlet was really big in portion and is crispy and not too oily.  Rice is fragrant and soft, with not too salty seaweed soup to go along.  Yummy!
